I was born and raised in the South Bay and find this to be a great place to live and work.  Eighteen years ago, after getting my BS degree in Economics, I started selling real estate while waiting for a real job.  During that time I found a career that works.   I enjoy working with people and getting to know them.  Many of my client's are people I know or are referrals from friends and happy past client's.  I love helping people accomplish their real estate goals.  With my new company my mission is to expand my client base beyond what it is now and help my past and present clients with their real estate needs.

Over the years I have sold property in every South Bay city except for behind the gates in Rolling Hills in price ranges from $80,000 to $5,100,000.  My clients mainly buy and sell single family homes and townhomes and every now and then income property and they are glad I work the entire South Bay.  Much of my business is from families moving up to their second or third homes and I also work with first time buyers and sellers and clients who are downsizing. I do not specialize in an geographic area or neighborhood however I do a great job anywhere in the South Bay.

I pride myself in my negotiation skills and in my knowledge of the market and the area.  I am not a pushy agent, but I get the job done!! This is what keeps me in the upper echelon of real estate agents across the country.  I have been a member of Remax's Platinum and/or 100% club ever since joining the company and was in the top 1% of Prudential real estate nationwide with my former company.

I live right by the beach with my wife Hayley, 12 year old daughter Morgan, and 8 year old son Chase.  My greatest joy is watching my kids grow up and I feel like a kid playing grown up.  For fun I surf, kiteboard, snowboard, and do photography.  I also enjoy coaching my kid's various sporting teams and if not coaching them I just love watching them play.

At the close of escrow I offer free surfing lessons or a free custom surfboard to my clients’. The surfing lessons can include the entire family if desired and it is always fun time.  Surfing and the beach are a huge part of the South Bay community it is very gratifying to watch someone stand up on their first wave.
