If you are selling your home or property Dan Mullin offers two full service commission options.  Option one is a 4.25% total commission with the seller paying for any classified advertising and option two is the standard 5% commission with Dan Mullin paying for the classified advertising.  In both cases you will have a full service marketing plan and the selling office will be offered a full 2.5% commission. 

 

 If you are looking to buy a home Dan Mullin will provide you with all the tools, services, and negotiation skills to help you land your dream home.  On this website you will have full MLS access plus valuable information on neighborhoods, schools, school test scores, samples of all the paperwork, interest rate information, links to a great lender, and information on foreclosures including LA county Notices of Default and Trustee sales. 

 

Dan Mullin can put you on an email hot sheet so new listings that meet your parameters will be sent to you when they come on the market.  These listings will have addresses and in most cases photos.  He can also show you properties that could be right for you no matter who has them listed and when you find the right property they will handle the paperwork, negotiate the deal, and go through the escrow process with you, including all the inspections, all the way to closing.  Special savings apply if you come to Dan Mullin after having already picked out a property, as long as another agent is not the procuring cause.   We look forward to handing you the keys to your new home.
