If you have any knowledge of lead based paint you must disclose to buyers.

If you ar selling a non-owner occupied property in California the state may require you to withhold 3 1/3 percent of sales price. If you are a foreigner the federal govenment may require you to withhold 10 percent of sales price. Please read.
