- I will send letters to all the owners of the homes that may be perfect for you to see if they may be interested in selling to you, if your dream home is not on the market.

- I have posted all the forms and disclosure you will be using on this website for your review. i will be educating you about these forms.
- If you need to sell your home in order to buy I will help with that and arrange concurrent closings if needed.
