What's My Home Worth?
To an estimate of your homes value and keep updated on any new comparable market activity after the initial report then contact me and I will provide you with a free no obligation comparative market analysis (CMA).  It's a four step process and you will be automatically updated on any new comparable market activity as it occurs.  Here are the steps of my comparative market analysis:
 
Step 1:  View your property.  I will need to walk throguh your home to get a good feel for it.  I will take some photos so I have a visual reference when I prepare the report.  These photos are not for marketing at all so don't worry about the showing condition on this visit.  At this time I will gather information from you about upgrades, permits, remodeling etc.
 
Step 2:  Back at the home office I prepare a market analysis using current market data. 
 
Step 3:  Go over the market analsis with you to give you an idea of what your may worth in today's market.  If you are considering selling I will go over cost involved and a marketing plan so you know what to expect.
 
Step 4:  You will be autamatically notified via email of any comparable new market activity in your area including new lsitings, listings that go into escrow, listings that close escrow with final sales price and and listings that don't sale in during the period.
